Swatch James Bond watches leather briefcase, 2002 Fall/Winter collection

This week, we’re taking a look at a very nice range of licensed James Bond watches currently available on eBay.

As before, an opening disclaimer:

These references are presented as-is, where-is.

I am not authenticating anything that’s being offered, not vouching for sellers, and not suggesting current or ultimate sales prices reflect future value.

Fossil Deluxe Limited Edition 007 watch

Although all packaging and pieces are included with this auction, several aspects of it are in a bit rougher shape than we’d like to see for a Fossil-Bond collectible. See item number 230649488987 on eBay.

Gilbert James Bond Spy Watch

Item number 120824485534 is the wristwatch version offered by Gilbert that was without embossed logo.

Most recent models of the six known James Bond watch brands

Synchronized and fully functional: The most recent models of each known James Bond watch brand, movies and literary issues

Here’s another photo of the most recent James Bond watch models associated with each of the six brands known to have been worn by Agent 007.

This follows a similar exclusive presented here on the James Bond Watches Blog last Friday.

As before, all watches shown are set to the same date (where applicable), synchronized and running.

Starting with the front row, left—

A Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date watch, specified by author Jeffery Deaver as the personal James Bond choice in Carte Blanche.

Middle watch, front row watch is also from Carte Blanche. This particular piece is further distinguished as having actually been worn by Mr Deaver at the end of his United States book tour, last June.

The other four watches were displayed at the National Watch & Clock Museum as part of its “Bond Watches, James Bond Watches” exhibit, June 2010, through April 2011.

Front row, right-most: A TAG Heuer Professional diver’s watch, similar to the model worn by Timothy Dalton through most of the action in The Living Daylights.

James Bond watches: The most recent confirmed models for each of the identified brands

James Bond watches: The most recent confirmed models for each of the identified brands

This photo may well be the first single image to show the most recent example from each of the six known James Bond watch brands.

It’s certainly the most current.

Let’s take it from the top—

The only confirmed appearance of a Hamilton was when Roger Moore wore a Pulsar P2 LED digital in the Eon Productions film, Live and Let Die (1973). Top left.

Author Jeffery Deaver designated the latest James Bond Rolex in Carte Blanche (upper right), his novel published earlier this year by Hodder & Stoughton / Simon & Schuster. This is the Oyster Perpetual Date, reference 115200.

[/caption]The Breitling for Bentley, at center, is also per Mr Deaver. As a matter of fact, he wore the very watch shown here at his last US book tour stop in North Carolina last June: An A2536513 Bentley Motors T Speed chronograph with “Neptune Blue” (C781). James Bond wore this Breitling as part of his cover in Africa, late in Carte Blanche.

Lower left is an Omega 2201.50 Seamaster Planet Ocean. Until we have definitive identification of Omega watch designation(s) for Skyfall, this remains the most recent.

Middle-right, the last Seiko James Bond watch was a stainless steel model SPR007 chronograph with white dial, case number 7A28-7020. This was continue reading…
