Roger Moore describes shooting the first scene in his first film as 007 in his autobiographical account, Roger Moore’s James Bond Diary. And it’s the fifth paragraph of a section he calls “B DAY 75″ where he introduces the famous Hamilton Pulsar P-2.

Awakened by the bangs, Bond looks at his watch and finds that it is 5:45 in the morning. Being Bond’s watch it is no ordinary timepiece, but a wrist computer. It resembles an ordinary watch, but press a button, and red neon digital figures light up on the blank black face. It is the world’s most perfect timepiece.

Mr. Moore makes only one other reference to “the Pulsar wrist computer” in his Roger Moore’s James Bond Diary, at “Bond Day 82.”
