The established partnership between Omega watches and the James Bond 007 films is recognized on three pages of this 96-page booklet produced by Omega SA for its presence at BaselWorld 2008.
The cover reads, “BaselWorld — The Watch and Jewellery Show: Press Information,” along with the Omega name and logo.
Page 74 then features a call-out image of the promised “James Bond 007 Collector’s Piece” (sans caption or other identification). This faces a full-page image of actor George Clooney, wearing an Omega Planet Ocean with orange bezel.
The image above is the spread beginning on page 76. Again, nothing new content-wise beyond what we’ve Posted on James Bond Watches with the original press release. But it’s of value and interest in terms of its history and collector interest.
